September 2025  Elevate sold two (2) CFM56-3C1 engines to two separate operators on behalf of Vx Capital Partners, for whom it serves as exclusive agent with respect to the remainder of their 737-400F freighter portfolio.

June 2025  Elevate structured the purchase of two (2) V2500-A5 jet engines on lease to Scandinavian Airlines System (“SAS”) on behalf of a major financial institution. SAS is the flag carrier of Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.

May 2025  Elevate sold one (1) Boeing 737-400F to a US buyer on behalf of Vx Capital Partners, for whom it serves as exclusive agent with respect to the remainder of their 737-400F freighter portfolio.

December 2024  Elevate structured the purchase of three (3) V2500-A5 jet engines on lease to Scandinavian Airlines System (“SAS”) on behalf of a major financial institution. SAS is the flag carrier of Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.

September 2024  Elevate closed on the sale-and-leaseback of two (2) new Embraer E195-E2 with Porter Aircraft Leasing Corp. The aircraft will be leased and operated by Porter Airlines (Canada) Limited.  Elevate will serve as the exclusive asset and lease manager on behalf of its investment partner for the duration of the leases with Porter and beyond.

August 2024 Elevate structured a finance lease of (1) Boeing 737-400F to EX-FUSION FZE (UAE), and subleased to Gryphon Air S.R.L (Romania). Elevate serves as exclusive agent to Vx Capital Partners with respect to the remainder of their 737-400F freighter portfolio.

November 2023 Elevate sold one (1) Boeing 737-400F to Hayways LLC (Armenia). Elevate serves as exclusive agent to Vx Capital Partners with respect to the remainder of their 737-400F freighter portfolio.

June 2023 Elevate extended the lease of one (1) PW4168A engine with Air Caraïbes Atlantique.

April 2023 Elevate is pleased to announce that George Teeuwen has joined the firm as Senior Vice President of Business Development. George will be directly involved with origination, remarketing, and transaction management at Elevate.  George spent the last 8 years of his career with Castlelake, L.P., where he most recently served as Vice President of Marketing and previously served as Vice President of Technical.  Prior to Castlelake, George spent 12 years at Delta Air Lines as a propulsion engineer and engineering manager.

December 2022 Elevate sold one (1) Boeing 737-400F to Kalitta Charters. Elevate serves as exclusive agent to Vx Capital Partners with respect to the remainder of their 737-400F freighter portfolio.

December 2022 Elevate structured a sale-and-leaseback transaction for two (2) Boeing 737-800s with Avelo Airlines. Elevate is the asset and lease manager on behalf of a major financial institution.  Avelo is an ultra-low-cost U.S. carrier headquartered in Houston, Texas.

March 2022  Elevate closed on the sale of one (1) RB211-535E4 engine. 

December 2021  Elevate acquired First Star Speir Aviation 1 Limited (Ireland) (through a special purpose JV entity), which leases one (1) A320-200 to Brussels Airlines NV/SA. Brussels Airlines is the flag carrier and largest airline of Belgium, based and headquartered at Brussels Airport. It operates to over 100 destinations in Europe, North America, Africa, and is part of the Lufthansa Group.

November 2021  Elevate announced a sale-and-leaseback transaction with Porter Aircraft Leasing Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Porter Aviation Holdings Inc. (“Porter”) for four (4) Embraer E195-E2 aircraft. These next generation technology aircraft will be delivered in Q2 and Q3 2024.  Elevate will serve as asset and lease manager for the duration of the leases with Porter and beyond.  Porter is a regional airline headquartered at Billy Bishop City Airport in Toronto, Canada.

April 2021 Elevate negotiated the sale of one (1) 767-300ER to CargoJet Airways. Cargojet is a scheduled cargo airline based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. It operates cargo services in Canada and internationally, as well as full aircraft charters. 

March 2021  Elevate leased two (2) PW4168A engines to Air Caraïbes Atlantique. Elevate also completed the sale of one (1) A330-200 airframe to Air Caraïbes. Air Caraïbes is a French airline with its headquarters in Les Abymes in Guadeloupe and Paris, which operates on routes between Paris and the Caribbean.
